The study examined the potential in terms of living, working and leisure areas. In places where fire walls are concentrated, a kind of self-developed development plan creates a dynamic structure that can be applied to any location.

In places where fire walls are concentrated, a kind of self-developed development plan creates a dynamic structure that can be applied to any location.
THE URBAN PLANNING
An urban development guideline was developed to exploit the identified spatial potential. The core idea is to 'repair' the block structure cut through by the railway line. To achieve this, the guideline, like a development plan, formulates rules that specify which areas can be built on and in what way. It is of the utmost importance that the buildings that are constructed fit carefully into the surroundings.
PROOF OF CONCEPT
To test the urban development concept, three areas were examined as examples and the guidelines were applied in these places. The result was connected volumes with plenty of space for interesting building designs. The trick here is to allow not only the fire walls on the tracks, but rather the entire space, next to and above the tracks, to merge into a linear structure.
